Shipping Time
In-stock orders typically ship within 3-4 business days. This timeframe is subject to change.
Order Tracking
Customers can track their orders by checking the email sent to them from hello@cheekspaperroom.com when their order has been processed. The email will contain a tracking link.
Shipping Address Confirmation:
Customers are responsible for confirming the shipping address prior to making a purchase. Products shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entry, are not eligible for Refunds or Discounts
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for orders within the U.S. Please note that the total cost of your order must be over $50 after any discount codes are applied.
Tracking Marked as "Delivered"
Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival. If you haven't received your package, please let us know, however, once packaged leave our warehouses, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and claims can be filed through the carrier.
In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will not be shipped until all items are ready to ship. Estimated ship dates for pre-order items are available on product listings.
Shipping Time to the United States
Shipping times vary based on the size, weight, shipping method, and distance from Utah (where orders are shipped from).
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected for purchases made in specific states within the United States.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes incurred upon receipt of the goods. Order make take 3-7 weeks to arrive at their destination.
