Our warranty covers functional defects in your Creator Mat, such as:

• Ripped or detached brush cups

• Tears or splits in the mat that affect use

• Magnetic pieces breaking or no longer working as intended

❌ What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover cosmetic changes, wear, or damage that doesn’t affect function, including:

• Stains, markings, discoloration, or residue from use

• Normal wear and tear over time

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations

Who’s Eligible

• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

• Photos of the defect

• Short description of the issue

Our team will review your claim within X business days. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement product or store credit (at our discretion). Refunds are not provided under this policy.
